Job Description

Golin is seeking an Associate, Insights and Analytics to contribute to one of the fast-growing teams in the agency and fuel Golin’s clients. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, data analyst, and media and social content connoisseur.

This role involves:

  • Analyzing social and earned content for trends and patterns.
  • Creating measurement and performance reports.
  • Developing research reports and presentations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating digital and social media results.
  • Supporting the development of strategic recommendations.
  • Using web and social media analytics platforms.
  • Uncovering strategic findings and insights using digital analytics techniques.
  • Working closely with the team to compile, synthesize, and analyze data sets.
  • Understanding client background and needs.
  • Identifying emerging opportunities for a diverse client set.

The requirements are:

  • Bachelor's degree and a passion for insights and analytics.
  • 1+ years in digital analysis, marketing analysis, or research.
  • Analytical skills with understanding of techniques.
  • Comfort interpreting different data sources.
  • Experience with tools including TalkWalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, SimilarWeb Pro, CreatorIQ, ComScore, MOZ and others
  • Basic understanding of principles of communications, digital marketing, and media.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
