Golin is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights to join their team. This role involves managing client programs and campaigns to promote and protect brands in New York and Dallas. The ideal candidate will be a blend of digital analyst and creative problem solver, capable of turning data into compelling stories.
Role Involves:
- Leading the day-to-day team and serving as a key client contact.
- Using tools like Sprinklr, Talkwalker, and Meltwater for social and media audits.
- Setting KPIs and benchmarks to measure client business impact.
- Transforming data into actionable insights through strategic storytelling.
- Developing measurement strategies aligned with client priorities.
- Collaborating on reports and presentations.
- Assisting with primary research, including survey design and analysis.
- Anticipating problems and providing solutions.
- Staying updated on measurement and AI trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 5-7 years in analytics and digital solutions, ideally within a PR agency.
- Proficiency in tools like Talkwalker, Meltwater, Quid, Infegy, and SimilarWeb.
- Proven track record of creating effective databases and dashboards.
- Expertise in turning data into actionable stories.
- Experience in survey methodology, design, and analysis.
- Exceptional time management and adaptability.
- Strong motivation and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
