Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to contribute to the future of decentralized finance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in scaling OKX Pay and Chain globally. OKX is a trusted brand for institutions seeking access to crypto markets.Role Involves:
  • Identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships with lending protocols, stablecoin issuers, centralized exchanges, payment service providers (PSPs), and Real World Asset (RWA) issuers.
  • Developing growth strategies with key ecosystem partners to increase Assets Under Custody (AUC) on OKX Pay and the transaction volume on X Layer as a payment blockchain.
  • Designing and executing go-to-market strategies to build the X Layer + OKX Pay ecosystem.
  • Leading BD efforts to expand OKX Pay into new geographic regions and user verticals.
  • Collaborating with the product team on API design, wallet/payment integrations, and UX improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem growth in crypto, fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystem, stablecoins, and on-chain payments.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and closing partnerships that led to measurable growth.
  • Experience driving go-to-market strategies for new products or markets.
  • Existing relationships with key players in the DeFi ecosystem or Web3 payment ecosystem.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
