Head of Affiliate BD Operations

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Head of Affiliate BD Operations to lead its global affiliate marketing strategy. This role involves driving growth through strategic partnerships, performance insights, and creative execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with GMs, marketing, and product teams to align efforts across regions. They will build strong relationships with affiliates and KOLs, providing them with the tools needed for success, and continuously optimize for ROI using data.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global affiliate marketing strategy.
• Analyze affiliate performance and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with creative assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates.
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize affiliate campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of the affiliate marketing program.
• Work closely with regional teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the affiliate program's efficiency and ROI.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar managerial role with a focus on KOL growth and affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate or crypto landscape.
• Experience from exchanges, TikTok, or crypto is preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
