Job Description
The Financial Times (FT) is seeking a Credit Controller to manage aged debt collections and resolve customer queries. The Credit Controller will play a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow and strong client relationships. Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Apply customer payments accurately.
- Investigate and clear unapplied payments.
- Process write-offs and monitor commission payouts.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain updated reports.
- Identify causes of invoice disputes and ensure resolution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to GDPR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
