Job Description
The Financial Times (FT) is seeking a Credit Controller to manage aged debt collections and resolve customer queries. The Credit Controller will play a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow and strong client relationships. Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and follow up on outstanding debts.
  • Apply customer payments accurately.
  • Investigate and clear unapplied payments.
  • Process write-offs and monitor commission payouts.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain updated reports.
  • Identify causes of invoice disputes and ensure resolution.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
  • Attention to detail.
