Business Finance Analyst (Associate-Mid level)

Job Description

Sertis, a leading Data and AI company based in Bangkok, is seeking a Business Finance Analyst (Associate to Mid-Level) to contribute to its financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clear financial insights and contribute to Sertis' growth.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with business units to develop financial models and business cases.
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate reporting.
• Improve internal reporting tools and processes for efficiency and clarity.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, accounting, and strategic finance.
• Experience in the tech industry is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, accounting systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex financial and accounting information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
