Staff/Senior Machine Learning Scientist (Ad Cloud)

Job Description

Appier is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join their Advertising Cloud Optimization team in Taipei. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing core machine learning algorithms that drive campaign efficiency and advertiser ROI. Appier's programmatic advertising platform operates at a massive scale, handling millions of queries per second, powered by deep learning models.Role involves:

• Designing, implementing, and productionizing state-of-the-art ML models.
• Analyzing large-scale user and auction data.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams.
• Continuously improving system performance through experimentation and testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, EE, or related field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in ad tech, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Experience in applied machine learning, especially in CTR prediction, recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Strong ownership and collaboration skills.
