Job Description
Zenvia is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Analyst (SRE) to contribute to the development and maintenance of its products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, reliability, and Infrastructure as Code.This role involves:
  • Developing projects in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Building relationships with peers.
  • Designing and implementing improvements for availability, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Creating automated routines for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Resolving incidents and creating postmortem documents.
  • Working on the reliability and performance of databases.
  • Analyzing solutions and implementing best practices for backing services clusters.
  • Working on the observability of relevant metrics.
  • Automating infrastructure to facilitate the availability of new components.
  • Planning growth and managing the capacity of infrastructure.
  • Supporting troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Building monitoring and triggers based on symptoms and SLOs.
  • Documenting actions for repeatability and automation.
Requirements include:
  • Knowledge of Cloud Providers (AWS).
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and Gitlab).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems (Redhat, Debian & Ubuntu).
  • Experience with Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic & Zabbix).
  • Experience with shell scripts and programming languages (Bash, Shell, Python, Ruby & GO).
  • Creativity, willingness to learn new technologies, and good communication skills.
