What this role involves:
  • Monitoring internal proprietary detection systems for new attacks.
  • Validating malicious threats.
  • Analyzing potential attack vectors and exploring resolution options.
  • Building relationships with partnering providers and clients.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams to enhance client protection.
  • Utilizing DNS tools, WhoIs records, open-source tools, basic scripting (Bash, GO, Python), and Linux.

Requirements:
  • Relevant education or experience in the IT industry.
  • Knowledge of Internet innerworkings (IP subnetting, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of common internet attacks (fraud, social engineering, scams).
  • Analytical skills for solving complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a passion for client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work with remote-based team members.
  • Basic understanding of Unix/Linux command line.
  • Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours
