HR medewerker

Job Description

Level.works is seeking a structured and flexible HR professional to join their HR operations team in Rotterdam. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of temporary employment or flexible labor and be available for at least 32 hours per week. The HR medewerker will ensure all HR matters for temporary employees are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Role Involves:

• Drafting and managing contracts and personnel files.
• Advising on contract extensions.
• Maintaining and monitoring leave and absence registration.
• Answering questions from temporary employees about employment conditions and HR regulations.
• Ensuring all HR processes comply with applicable laws and regulations for temporary employees.
• Tracking changes in collective labor agreements and legislation and proactively implementing them correctly.
• Providing HR advice to recruiters, account managers, and training coordinators.

Requirements:

• Minimum HBO level of education and a proactive and analytical attitude.
• Knowledge of labor law and relevant legislation, especially within temporary employment and public transport and/or logistics, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both with temporary employees and colleagues.
• Accuracy, curiosity, structured working, and organizational talent.
