Glean is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to join their People team. This role involves partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership to design, analyze, manage, and evolve compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will help attract and retain top talent by ensuring the total rewards strategy supports a high-performance, high-trust culture.
Responsibilities: - Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analyses.
- Assist with the design, modeling, and administration of compensation programs.
- Support the annual compensation review process.
- Partner with leadership and Finance on budgeting and headcount planning.
- Manage and analyze benefits program data.
- Manage administration of benefits and leave programs.
- Collaborate with external vendors and brokers.
- Help lead open enrollment processes.
- Monitor compliance with compensation and benefits-related laws.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and processes.
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting.
Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience conducting job evaluations and compensation benchmarking.
- Clear, concise communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and tools like Rippling, Gusto, or Workday.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in the U.S.
