Job Description

Glean is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to enhance the technical skills of their Sales Engineers (SEs), Solutions Architects (SAs), and Support team. This role involves developing and implementing technical training strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and executing a technical training strategy.
  • Collaborating with technical leadership to integrate advanced technical concepts.
  • Partnering with Field Enablement to introduce role-specific onboarding content.
  • Implementing continuous learning programs.
  • Maintaining a library of technical enablement resources.
  • Working with technical teams to understand their needs.
  • Partnering with technical writing and the SA team to train managed implementation partners.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of technical enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitating training sessions for technical teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical support, or related role.
  • Experience in enablement is a plus!
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical training or enablement within a technical environment.
  • Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI.
  • Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java).
  • Familiarity with API configurations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and design software.
  • Deep knowledge of technical processes and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
