Job Description
Gusto, a modern online people platform, is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to drive the strategy and execution of cross-selling a range of Gusto products to and through their accountant channel of customers. This role is a senior individual contributor position that owns the business success of an important growth pillar for Gusto.
The role involves:
- Understanding the market by identifying unmet customer needs and evaluating market trends.
- Creating positioning, messaging, and packaging to articulate Gusto's value proposition.
- Delivering go-to-market strategies and driving business impact through collaboration with GTM teams.
- Serving as the connective tissue between GTM, Product teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of cross-selling efforts.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience driving product launch, adoption, and cross-selling strategies.
- 8+ years in Product Marketing Management (PMM).
- Experience using customer insights and data to inform segmentation and go-to-market plans.
- General management mindset with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills with a hands-on attitude.
