Job Description
Stone is seeking a Senior Business Analyst CRM to join their team. Stone is a technology and financial services company focused on the customer. They are the largest independent payment company in Brazil. This role is within the CRM Analytics team, which is focused on understanding the impact of customer interactions and measuring CRM team performance through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and interpreting CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey and conversion.
- Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards in Looker.
- Generating insights for CRM actions and growth strategies.
- Supporting the business team with data-driven analyses.
- Monitoring campaigns and proposing improvements based on results.
- Collaborating with areas such as product, technology, and customer relations.
Requirements:
- Analytical skills and ability to transform data into practical decisions.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Good communication with non-technical stakeholders.
