The CRM Analytics team is strategic and collaborative, focusing on understanding the impact of customer interactions and measuring CRM team performance through data-driven solutions.

As a Senior Business Analyst CRM, the candidate will bridge the gap between data and strategy, using analyses to impact customer conversion, engagement, and retention. They will generate insights to support decisions that optimize communication and increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement in the customer journey and conversion.
  • Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards in Looker.
  • Generating insights for CRM actions and growth strategies.
  • Supporting the business team with data-driven analyses.
  • Monitoring campaigns and proposing improvements based on results.
  • Collaborating with areas like product, technology, and customer relations.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills and ability to transform data into practical decisions.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Good communication with non-technical stakeholders.
