CarOnSale, a tech start-up based in Berlin, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their Operations Department. This role involves managing vehicle processing on the platform, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance customer experience. The Customer Service Specialist will also handle stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings, coordinate self-collection, and address document-related issues.
Responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- Training as a merchant or initial experience with CRM systems
- Fluent German and English skills
- Ideally, experience in the automotive industry
- Independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and data-driven work style
- Strong social, empathetic thinking, and excellent communication skills
