This role involves managing vehicle processing on the platform, identifying optimization potentials, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The specialist will handle stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings, coordinate self-collection, and address document-related issues.

Requirements:
- Training as a merchant or initial experience with CRM systems
- Fluent German and English skills
