CarOnSale, a tech company based in Berlin, is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to join their Operations Department. This role involves taking responsibility for vehicle processing on the platform, improving operational workflows, managing fees and transport bookings, coordinating self-collection, and serving as a point of contact for document-related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for vehicle processing on the platform
• Improving operational workflows by identifying optimization potentials
• Managing stand fees, reminders, and transport bookings
• Coordinating and managing reminders for self-collection
• Serving as a point of contact for document-related issues

Requirements:

• Completed training as a merchant or initial experience with CRM systems
• Fluent German language skills
• Ideally, experience in the automotive industry
• Independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and data-driven work ethic
• Strong social, empathetic thinking, and excellent communication skills
