Job Description
CarOnSale, a tech company based in Berlin, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their Operations Department. This role involves taking responsibility for vehicle processing on the platform, improving operational workflows, managing fees and transport bookings, coordinating self-collection, and serving as a point of contact for document-related issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems, fluency in German, and ideally, experience in the automotive industry. They should also be independent, entrepreneurial, problem-solving, data-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for vehicle processing on the platform
- Improving operational workflows
- Managing fees and transport bookings
- Coordinating self-collection
- Serving as a point of contact for document-related issues
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluency in German
- Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
