Job Description
Alpha Online, a leading provider of process management software, is seeking a Customer Care and Consultant to join their team in Hamburg. This role involves customer onboarding and consulting, acting as a liaison between support and after-sales. The ideal candidate will assist clients in optimizing their process management using the AlphaController software. They will inform clients about new features, analyze product usage, and gather feedback. The role also includes supporting the support team with customer projects and preparing customer requests for the development team.Responsibilities include:
- Advising and supporting customers in optimizing their process management with the AlphaController
- Informing customers about new features and functions of our products
- Analyzing how customers use our products and conducting feedback discussions with them
- Supporting our support team with large customer projects and small customer inquiries
- Preparing customer requests for the development team to find targeted solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in the automotive sector
- Good knowledge of system landscapes in car dealerships, ideally also of the AlphaController
- At least three years of professional experience in the relevant fields
- Analytical thinking and organizational know-how
- IT affinity, know-how in web applications and common user software (Microsoft 365, Slack …)
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and finding suitable solutions for the customer
- Good knowledge of English in spoken and written
