Job Description

CarOnSale, a Berlin-based tech company focused on digitalizing the automotive trade, is seeking a Mid Level Mobile Engineer (Flutter). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features, ensure seamless integration, and mentor junior engineers. The position is fully remote within Germany.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable client applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
• Leading and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.
• Engaging in code reviews.
• Staying up to date with the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Expertise in developing complex mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
