Job Description

CarOnSale, a tech company based in Berlin, is seeking a Mid Level Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for the B2B automotive sector across Europe. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality client applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile platforms.

The Mid Level Mobile Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead and mentor less experienced engineers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. They will also troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to provide an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable client applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch features and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, providing an exceptional user experience
• Engage in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and offering constructive feedback to peers
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and other relevant technologies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart
• Demonstrated expertise in developing complex mobile applications with state management, networking, and UI/UX components
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and accessibility
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
