Job Description

CarOnSale, a Berlin-based tech company, is seeking a Mid Level Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join their team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the B2B automotive trade across Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart and a strong understanding of mobile app development best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable client applications using Flutter and Dart for mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch features and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead and mentor less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance, providing an exceptional user experience.
• Engage in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and offering constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing complex mobile applications with state management, networking, and UI/UX components.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
