Kepler is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to lead key client relationships in Philadelphia. Kepler executes engineered marketing, creating personalized relationships between brands and consumers. The Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for understanding clients’ business issues and goals, and becoming the trusted point of contact. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with exceptional communication and quantitative skills, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.

What this role involves:

  • Being an expert in leveraging digital media channels
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Partnering with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives
  • Leading the team through campaign design and setup
  • Monitoring and managing all aspects of daily client campaign performance
  • Leading on-site and remote client strategy and status meetings
  • Managing a team of Client Solution Senior Analysts and/or Analysts

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management
  • Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis
  • Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex client marketing challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies
  • Strong ability to create, build, and leverage relationships
  • Ability to lead day-to-day client relations and work with management and multifunctional teams
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant major preferred
