Growth Manager - B2B (VPN)

Job Description

Proton, a leading privacy-focused technology company, is seeking a Growth Manager to drive the expansion of its B2B VPN business. The Growth Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the trajectory of Proton VPN's B2B offering, defining product positioning, pricing strategy, acquisition channels, and sales loops.

This role requires a hands-on, strategic individual with analytical thinking and a strong sense of curiosity about technology. The Growth Manager will collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Data on a global scale.

What this role involves:

• Owning the end-to-end B2B growth strategy for Proton VPN.
• Designing full-funnel marketing programs, including paid acquisition, SEO, and CRO.
• Building outbound campaigns and defining the structure of the outbound team.
• Developing a content strategy that positions Proton as a trusted authority in online security and privacy for businesses.
• Creating lifecycle communications that engage, retain, and grow B2B customers.
• Optimizing marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
• Defining and tracking key marketing performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-growing B2B environment.
