Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a motivated and proactive Working Student to support HR Projects & People Development. This role offers the opportunity to actively shape the company culture and advance Learning & Development initiatives. The Working Student will assist the HR team with various projects related to People Development, internal communication, and company culture, providing both content-related and organizational support.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the HR team in People Development, internal communication, and projects.
• Actively shaping the Onboarding Journey by adapting presentations and coordinating appointments.
• Maintaining, expanding, and organizing the Sharepoint and documenting processes.
• Planning, coordinating, and supporting the Onboarding-Event, the TQG Bootcamp, for new employees.
• Coordinating Insight Sessions, including scheduling and coordination with speakers and other stakeholders.
• Preparing presentations for stand-ups and HR meetings.
• Writing and publishing Intranet Posts (Viva Engage) and communicating company-wide topics in a targeted manner.
• Supporting cross-functional topics in project management and personnel development.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in project work, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and expressive communication skills with the ability to quickly connect with various stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on mentality with a desire to make a difference and take initiative.
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new topics, openness to digital tools, and willingness to try new things.
• Solution-oriented thinking with concrete suggestions for problem-solving.
• Interest in actively shaping topics such as corporate culture and Learning & Development.
• Good English skills in spoken and written form.
