Job Description
Alamar Biosciences is seeking a collaborative and self-driven Regional Business Manager to lead sales efforts in China. Reporting to the General Manager of Greater China, the Regional Business Manager will develop and execute commercial strategies within the assigned territory, supporting the company's global expansion. This role involves building strong customer relationships across Academic, Biotech, Pharma, and Government sectors, establishing Alamar's technology as a market leader, and contributing to the growth of Alamar's commercial organization.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing a territory and account-based sales plan.
  • Delivering presentations on Alamar technology to customers.
  • Consulting with customers on the value of Alamar technology for precision proteomics.
  • Partnering across the company to communicate customer needs.
  • Managing the sales process within a complex sales environment.
  • Utilizing and managing the CRM system.
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts.
  • Driving prospecting and developing new leads.
  • Supporting the expansion of the commercial organization.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in biology or medicine, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of life science capital instrument sales experience.
  • Deep knowledge of biomarker discovery, omics, and life science markets.
  • Strong desire to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to articulate a clear value proposition.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and independent professional.
