Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Renewals & Customer Success Representative to manage territory renewal and expansion goals within the Velocity segment. The ideal candidate will focus on exceeding quotas by ensuring timely renewals, customer retention, and satisfaction. This role involves removing obstacles, proactively managing expiring agreements, and responding to inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and up-selling. Collaboration with sales and other teams is essential to drive customer retention and prepare proposals. The representative will also maintain accurate records in Salesforce, handle inbound renewal inquiries, and pursue opportunities for maintenance reinstatement.Responsibilities include:
- Managing territory renewal and expansion goals.
- Ensuring growth of all contracts in assigned territory.
- Removing obstacles to renewal and ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Monitoring expiring agreements and executing timely actions.
- Providing timely proposals and quotes.
- Handling customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and up-selling.
- Cold calling customers with lapsed support to reactivate support.
- Collaborating with Sales and other teams to ensure customer retention.
- Identifying and pursuing maintenance reinstatement opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
- Managing inbound renewal inquiries.
- Prioritizing workload to meet KPIs, goals, and objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or a combination of education and experience).
- Superb customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.
- High-energy, motivated self-starter.
- Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
- Proficiency with SalesForce.com is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry.
