Job Description
Veeam, a market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. This role focuses on generating new demand in French-speaking markets through outbound calling and engaging with potential clients. The Sales Development Representative will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. They will also track activities in Salesforce and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage account info in Salesforce
  • Meet monthly KPIs

Requirements:
  • B2 Level English & Fluent French
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent correspondence skills
  • A passion for learning about products and services
