Ketryx is seeking a Client Operations Director to lead their Client Operations team. This role is crucial for the company and its customers, involving executive relationships, team building, and client success in complex environments. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a deep understanding of regulated industries and quality's role in technology.
Role Involves:
- Leading strategic client engagements and owning executive-level relationships.
- Building and developing high-performing teams of Client Operations Managers and Leads.
- Ensuring delivery excellence across portfolios, balancing technical, regulatory, and operational priorities.
- Driving commercial growth by partnering with Sales and Customer Success.
- Shaping client operations strategy and systems to enable scalable delivery.
- Strengthening product feedback loops by translating customer insights.
- Acting as a cultural leader and executive partner, modeling Ketryx’s values.
- Contributing to quality and compliance excellence by supporting regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices, healthcare, or aerospace.
- Technical and operational fluency in software-driven product development.
- Leadership and team development skills, including hiring and coaching.
- Client and stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement.
- Excellent communication and presence, with the ability to tailor messages.
- Strong execution and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer operations platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or regulatory certifications a plus.
