Altruistiq is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop their team of Account Executives. This role is central to Altruistiq's growth strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. The Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching the sales team, implementing sales processes, and building relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Altruistiq is a global organization that is building a sustainability operating system to support the world's largest consumer companies on their impact journey.
Role involves:
- Coaching and developing Account Executives.
- Implementing and maintaining sales processes.
- Supporting Account Executives in closing high-value opportunities.
- Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
- Creating a healthy, high-performing commercial team.
- Developing the sales playbook.
Requirements:
- Strong B2B commercial background with enterprise SaaS solutions experience.
- Experience managing sales professionals.
- Track record of introducing sales methodology and pipeline discipline.
- Experience in a scale-up environment.
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to provide coaching and accountability.
- Readiness to work in a lean, operational team.
