Job Description

• Partnering with sales leadership to develop projects that accelerate sales growth.
• Performing in-depth analyses on leading indicators to support strategic initiatives.
• Providing analytical and operational support.
• Performing data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Building and maintaining tools and dashboards for reporting and analytical needs.
• Engaging in ad-hoc analyses to understand business performance and provide summaries to management.
• Identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Providing analytical insights into key business decisions.
• Analyzing the pipeline and insights to grow pipeline generation efforts.
• Identifying levers for driving revenue growth and sales efficiency.
• Supporting sales forecasting and planning processes.
• Providing system and tool support to enhance sales productivity.
• Focusing on continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar field in SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Highly collaborative style and ability to adjust to new demands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience with the Salesforce.com platform.
• Power user proficiency with MS Office suite or Google tools.
• BS/BA or equivalent required.
