They are seeking a Calibration Metrology Technician I to join their team in Mossville, Illinois.This role involves:

• Traveling to customer sites for calibration, repair, and technical support.
• Reading quality control manuals and testing specifications.
• Selecting and installing accessories on test or calibration fixtures.
• Setting controls to regulate factors like current flow, pressure, and temperature.
• Observing readings on meters and gauges to identify defects and calibration needs.
• Adjusting calibration mechanisms using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Preparing calibration certificates and data reports.

Requirements for this position include:

• An associate's degree from a junior college or technical school, plus one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and speak effectively.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts and problem-solving.
• Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize.
