AVP Professional Services

Job Description

Altera Digital Health is seeking an AVP of Professional Services to manage a Professional Services Organization and oversee revenue and P&L for a rapidly growing business. This role focuses on the dbMotion software solution, which emphasizes interoperability and care planning. The AVP will be responsible for client engagement, thought leadership, and team building, developing clinical business initiatives to maximize client investment in Altera’s products. They will drive revenue growth through services that affect client outcomes and maintain long-term relationships with clients at the C-suite level, positioning Altera as a key decision-making partner.Responsibilities include directing and managing client projects, supporting strategic plans, and building a team of expert consultants. The successful candidate will achieve revenue and headcount targets within the first year.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 15+ years relevant work experience preferred
• Proven track record of attracting talent and building a profitable healthcare consulting business
• P & L experience
• 10+ years relevant leadership experience
• Strong market knowledge
• Ability to lead operational strategy development
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
