Notion is seeking a Marketing Manager for the DACH region to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This role is based in Munich, Germany.Notion is on a mission to make software toolmaking ubiquitous. Responsibilities: - Understand and articulate DACH market trends.
- Create and deliver a regional marketing plan for DACH market.
- Plan and deliver impactful field programs to raise awareness.
- Manage B2B and ABM programs to engage target accounts.
- Partner with communications team to increase brand awareness.
- Provide toolkits and campaign timelines to align sales and marketing strategy.
- Manage DACH marketing budget and track market-level success metrics.
Requirements: - Minimum 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
- Self-starter with experience driving campaign plans from start to finish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
