Marketing Manager, DACH

Job Description

Notion is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing EMEA team, specifically focusing on the DACH region. This role is based in Munich, Germany. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic programs and regional field events. They will collaborate with the DACH market pod to develop and execute marketing plans, manage the DACH marketing budget, and track market-level success metrics.Responsibilities:

• Understanding and articulating DACH market trends to inform marketing strategy.
• Creating and delivering a holistic regional marketing plan for DACH.
• Planning and delivering impactful market-level campaigns and field programs.
• Managing and optimizing B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partnering with the communications team to increase market-level brand awareness.
• Providing toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between sales and marketing.
• Managing the DACH marketing budget and tracking market-level success metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience driving campaign plans from planning to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions, and measure impact.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
