Job Description

Zup is seeking a Solution Architect to demonstrate and implement Stackspot AI and EDP solutions for clients. The role involves creating effective solutions, designing proofs of concept, and converting business objectives into scalable architectures. The candidate will mentor teams, promote best practices in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and IaC, and contribute to the company's market authority through technical articles.

Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating Stackspot AI and EDP to clients.
• Designing proofs of concept and use cases.
• Converting business objectives into scalable architectures.
• Creating technical proposals and documentation.
• Mentoring development, product, and sales teams.
• Promoting Platform Engineering, DevOps, and IaC practices.
• Writing technical articles about Stackspot.
• Facilitating workshops for discovery and adoption.
• Communicating clearly at all levels.

Requirements:

• Experience in back-end development using Java or Kotlin (Spring Boot).
• Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Argo CD, Terraform).
• Experience with cloud service management, preferably AWS.
• Ability to integrate LLMs or generative services into business flows (OpenAI, Bedrock, LangChain, RAG).
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Lean/Agile, backlog management, and discovery frameworks (Design Thinking, Event Storming).
• Ability to translate technology into business value.
• Intermediate/advanced English for conversation.
