Job Description
MATTE, a 360° full-service creative studio, is seeking a Head of Strategy to evolve the strategic practice, bridging culture, insight, and creativity. This role involves leading strategy across brand, campaign, content, and experience, while partnering with executive leadership to scale the strategic offering and strengthen client relationships.

Role Involves:
  • Defining and evolving MATTE’s strategic practice.
  • Leading strategic development across major brand initiatives.
  • Hiring, managing, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of strategists.
  • Developing proprietary research tools and methodologies.
  • Contributing to new business efforts.

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in brand, creative, and cultural strategy.
  • Expertise across campaign, brand, social, content, culture, experiential, research, and insights.
  • Proven experience leading integrated strategy across multiple accounts and industries.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
