Job Description
Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical sites and corporate HQ. The role involves shaping the hiring culture and practices, working closely with hiring managers, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will build deep relationships with internal stakeholders and align talent strategy with business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the People team to establish scalable recruiting processes.
  • Develop and implement consistent standards for candidate assessment and selection.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across departments.
  • Champion an inclusive hiring process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Continuously improve candidate experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Ability to leverage a strong network of candidates.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
  • Experience setting or refining assessment standards.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR analytics.
