Onboarding Analyst

Job Description

BVNK is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join their team in Argentina. The Onboarding Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company's onboarding processes align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements, as well as experience in corporate onboarding and due diligence processes. The candidate will work with commercial, legal, risk management, and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to corporate onboarding.
• Review and analyze client documentation and information to ensure compliance.
• Conduct due diligence on new corporate clients to assess their risk profile.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Identify and report any suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Keep abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
