Sony Music Middle East is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute global campaign strategies. This role focuses on innovation, managing the exploitation of the catalogue and frontline across a diverse roster of artists. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with international markets on campaign development and execution, maximizing opportunities for artists' catalogue alongside new releases.What this role involves:
  • Building global marketing campaigns for artists.
  • Identifying strategic opportunities for catalogue and frontline marketing activations in the digital space.
  • Collaborating cross-company to develop and align strategies for maximum impact.
  • Implementing campaign rollout, localizing activations as needed.
  • Monitoring data/dashboards to inform plans and strategy.
  • Providing regular updates for artist management.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a Marketing or Digital Marketing role.
  • Strong global perspective with an understanding of the international music landscape.
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and proactive approach.
  • Digitally fluent with a grasp of social media platforms and data analysis.
  • Skilled at managing multiple campaigns across a diverse roster.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
