What this role involves: - Building global marketing campaigns for artists.
- Identifying strategic opportunities for catalogue and frontline marketing activations in the digital space.
- Collaborating cross-company to develop and align strategies for maximum impact.
- Implementing campaign rollout, localizing activations as needed.
- Monitoring data/dashboards to inform plans and strategy.
- Providing regular updates for artist management.
Requirements: - 6-8 years of experience in a Marketing or Digital Marketing role.
- Strong global perspective with an understanding of the international music landscape.
- Creative, forward-thinking, and proactive approach.
- Digitally fluent with a grasp of social media platforms and data analysis.
- Skilled at managing multiple campaigns across a diverse roster.
