Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Channel Development Representative to manage the onboarding and development of reseller partners. This role involves bringing the Channel North Central Team into new partner accounts and assisting in the growth of partners in the Mid-West region. The Channel Development Representative will field partner applications, handle partner onboarding, and develop newly onboarded targeted accounts. They will also act as an inside Channel Sales Manager (CSM) as needed. This position offers the opportunity to move into a CSM role over time.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the onboarding and development of Verkada reseller partners
- Bringing the Channel North Central Team into new partner accounts
- Assisting in the growth and development of partners in the Mid-West region
- Fielding partner applications and handling partner onboarding
- Developing newly onboarded targeted accounts
- Acting as an inside CSM as needed
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 or more years sales experience preferred
- Ability to present a solid product demo and high level training to partners
- Highly organized with the ability to work in an autonomous environment
- Engaging personality, polished verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Scrappy hunter mentality and coachability
- Must be located in/around Austin, Texas and willing to be in office on a daily basis
