• Designing and implementing data-driven collections and recoveries strategies.
• Evaluating and refining strategies based on performance analysis and regulatory changes.
• Developing segmentation strategies for personalized customer solutions.
• Championing the use of digital tools to enhance collections processes.
• Embedding a customer-centric culture within collections processes.
• Monitoring KPIs related to customer outcomes and satisfaction.
• Ensuring strategies treat customers fairly, with a focus on vulnerable customers.
• Utilizing data analytics to monitor portfolio performance and identify trends.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in a senior strategic role within collections & recoveries, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful collections and recoveries strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., FCA, Consumer Duty and CCA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrable experience in driving change and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle and risk management principles.
• Experience in managing and overseeing digital collections strategies & self-serve solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis is desirable.

• £68,000 - £90,000 salary plus share options.
