Job Description
Huge is seeking a Visual Design Lead to drive creative output across a range of innovative projects. The Visual Design Lead will play a crucial role in developing brand identities, creating stunning visuals for digital products and advertising materials, and providing direction and leadership to designers working on project teams. They will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently scoping design phases of projects and representing the company at pitches and industry events as required.
Role involves:
- Leading and inspiring the design team to develop and maintain a strong creative vision across all projects.
- Mentoring and guiding junior designers.
- Creating visually stunning and impactful designs.
- Developing brand identities.
- Providing clear direction and guidance to designers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in visual design, with a strong focus on digital experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
