Marketing Manager, France

Job Description

Notion is seeking a Marketing Manager for its EMEA team to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in France. This role involves planning and executing strategic programs to drive market-level demand and increase pipeline and revenue. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the French market pod to develop and implement regional field events, campaigns, and programs.Role responsibilities include:

• Understanding and articulating French market trends to inform marketing strategy.
• Creating and delivering a holistic regional marketing plan for France.
• Planning and delivering impactful market-level campaigns and field programs.
• Managing and optimizing B2B and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partnering with the communications team to increase market-level brand awareness.
• Providing toolkits, templates, and campaign timelines to ensure alignment between sales and marketing.
• Managing the local marketing budget and tracking market-level success metrics.

Requirements for the role include:

• Minimum 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience driving campaign plans from planning to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable using data to define goals, make decisions, and measure impact.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software, such as Salesforce and Marketo.
