Senior Solution Consultant

Job Description

Mirakl is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their EMEA team. The consultant will be a Mirakl expert and trusted advisor, playing a crucial role in the successful integration of the Mirakl platform within clients' e-commerce ecosystems. This role involves ensuring rapid and successful platform launches by providing expert advice on architecture and features.Responsibilities:

• Support the effective launch of Mirakl platforms.
• Guide customers in understanding the product.
• Support customers in implementing strategic developments.
• Identify design or implementation issues and present alternatives.
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers and Product teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to the development of reusable assets and success stories.
• Continuously train on Mirakl new feature releases.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Web Development, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions.
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 40%).
