Senior Solution Consultant - (Spanish or German Speaking)

Job Description

Mirakl is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join their EMEA team. This role is crucial for the successful integration of Mirakl's platform within clients' e-commerce ecosystems. The Senior Solution Consultant acts as a Mirakl expert and trusted advisor, ensuring rapid and successful platform launches by providing expert advice on architecture and features.

The role is based in either Paris or London, with a hybrid work policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

What this role involves:

• Supporting the effective launch of Mirakl platforms at customers.
• Guiding customers in understanding the product and making architectural and functional choices.
• Supporting customers through integration and development phases.
• Identifying strategic developments and supporting their implementation.
• Identifying design or implementation issues and presenting alternatives.
• Serving as a technical liaison between customers and Product teams.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contributing to the development of reusable assets and success stories.
• Continuously training on Mirakl new feature releases.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Web Development, or Business.
• 6+ years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions to design blueprints and functional scopes.
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
• Fluency in English and Spanish OR German.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 40%).
