Job Description
Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Fort Collins, Colorado. The agent will be responsible for growing their business by leveraging the company's resources and support. Orchard Brokerage prides itself on redefining the real estate experience through high-quality seller appointments and unique client products.
The role involves:
- Attending 4 to 8 appointments per month with motivated home-selling customers.
- Utilizing transaction coordination services on every deal.
- Accessing Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title for seamless transactions.
- Using best-in-class sales materials and a dedicated training team.
- Receiving one-on-one mentorship from a team lead.
Requirements:
- An active and unrestricted Colorado real estate license and are located near Fort Collins.
- Willingness and ability to drive 60-90 minutes to service other parts of Denver metro.
- Some residential real estate transaction experience, or an active real estate license plus a strong sales background.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.
