Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Production Writer to act as a bridge between the creative and production teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.Role involves:

• Proofreading and updating copy decks.
• Ensuring design comps match copy.
• Performing QA checks during staging and post-launch.
• Writing SEO and AX copy and handling change requests.
• Collaborating with copywriters, editors, designers, and marketing teams.
• Managing the workflow of copy and assets.
• Partnering with creative leadership to maintain processes and deadlines.
• Participating in post-launch analysis.
• Defining best practices for content handoffs.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience ensuring smooth copy flow between creative and production teams.
• Strong copy-editing skills and attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of the creative development process.
• A passion for editing and delivering well-crafted messaging.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and flexibility.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• A strong understanding of digital production tools.
