Harvest Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Harvest Agent in Santa Rosa, CA, to support cultivation and post-harvest processes. The Harvest Agent will efficiently harvest, transport, clean, and process cannabis plants, ensuring product quality and consistency. This role is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to state regulations and company SOPs.

Role Involves:

• Safely removing cannabis plants from grow rooms and hanging them on drying racks.
• Accurately weighing drying racks and recording weights.
• Transporting racks between grow and dry rooms.
• Performing post-harvest cleaning and sanitization.
• Conducting and documenting dry room environmental checks.
• Cutting dried plant material into spears and placing in designated bins.
• Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in the dry room.
• Cleaning and preparing bins, racks, and other harvest-related tools.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or equivalent.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
• Ability to work around plant material, with potential exposure to pollen and/or dust.
