Order Fulfillment Agent - 1st Shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs, a large multistate cannabis operator, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent for their Joliet, IL facility. This role involves picking, processing, and packaging customer orders to meet quality standards and state regulations.

The Order Fulfillment Agent will work closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Applying labels to products for shipment.
• Confirming packaging and marketing labels.
• Ensuring unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests.
• Staging, packing, and sealing finished orders.
• Weighing and recording package weights.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and time-management skills.
• General computer knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
